Prileo Home Care

This is in regards to the Tucson, AZ site. They have the worst care coordinators! They are worthless and rude! Won’t return calls or emails for days. Their excuse is Gloria(our horrible care coordinator) is out sick! My father is a an elderly man that needs a lot of assistance and goes weeks at a time with no services. If Gloria is out I was told no one is taking care of her work. It doesn’t make a difference since she is horrible even when she is there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Prileo Home Care to anyone! It’s so sad to see that these people still have contracts after being so horrible‼️
