Just with the Pool Agency a short time but I am quite pleased. It seems this industry can be hit or miss but so far Pool Agency, they come on time, every time and actually do a thorough job every time. No quickie visits just because the pool seems ok to the eye.

I called Pool Agency in a panic. The filter was full and had a huge plug. I couldn't get the cap off. The pool was turning green. I received immediate service and they even followed up tho make sure everything was good. It was worth the price paid which was very fair! The staff was professional and informative. They showed me how to clean the filter. I hired them immediately to clean my pool on a weekly basis! They use their own chemicals so I don't have to have piles of them in my garage. I'm happy with their FIVE STAR SERVICE!

When I bought my house in December 2011, I was a first-time home buyer and a first time pool owner. I had no idea what it took to maintain a pool and knew I needed to hire a pool service. Unfortunately, I didn't find the Pool Agency and hired someone else who turned out to be a total disaster....unresponsive and unknowledgeable.
