My wife dropped her phone on the center console area of our honda civic and triggered the electric parking brake while driving. (Good design choice Honda). I was diagnosing the problem myself and was getting error code 0714 for a faulty transmission temperature sensor and a ecm failure. Both would be costly to replace or repair. I ask the Honda dealership in Tempe what they recommended and to get a quote. The dealership said they wouldn't give me any quotes, the diagnose fee was 150 dollars just to look at what I already told them was the problem, and they were full of booking for 4 days.

Knowledgeable staff. Justin knew how to take care of my 1st gen CRV, unlike dealer service centers who probably don’t even get any kind of training on anything older than a few years old.
