I had a wonderful experience at Phoenix Endoscopy. Dr. Randolph and the rest of the staff were very kind and professional! I hope I remember all their names. Two of the nurses ( both named Kim I believe) were awesome. Marissa discharged me. She was great! Margarita explained everything in detail at scheduling. She was very kind. I don’t remember the name of the girl who checked me in but she was great! Dr. Randolph who performed the Endoscopy and Colonoscopy was awesome! My last procedure was at a different practice in Goodyear. IMS GI. They were the exact opposite. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor and staff could not have been more pleasant and considerate. Dr. Tharalson answered all my questions clearly and alleviated my concerns and staff made me feel at ease during the entire experience.
