I was very anxious going in but everyone was so kind and patient, always making sure they communicate the process with me and made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone needing a procedure!
Hello, I arrived early as requested. The receptionist was efficient, then Rebecca called me back for vital signs, weight, and some important questions and led me to the changing bathroom. It was all so well organized. As soon as I sat down in my recliner, Sammie put a warm blanket on me and gave me an IPad with colonoscopy information. After that she was the best experienced nurse in starting my IV only one stick! (I am a difficult stick). I was impressed w/ the efficiency and kindness from everyone!
