I have gladly recommended this practice to our friends. The location is easily accessible off I-10. Parking is plentiful & convenient to the facility. The waiting room could utilize a bit more space, but it was very clean and organized. Check-in & registration was easy, and I was taken back in-clinic on time. The entire clinical staff was wonderful. Courteous, professional, kind and caring define their traits. The nurse who prepped me for my procedure was nothing short of amazing because she started my IV with ZERO feeling on my part. I don’t know how she did it, but she has completely earned my respect! Staff is extremely professional and caring. Expressing mutiple times if you have questions , then fully answering any questions and concerns if you may have any. Great location to have a procedure.
This was my 3rd time having my colonoscopy at Phoenix Endoscopy. The staff, from the front desk, nurses, anesthesiologists and the doctors are by far the best in the Phoenix area. They all put you at ease which by some would be considered a uncomfortable procedure. They all help to make sure you feel safe and secure and that you will be well taken care of. I wouldn't go any place else!
