My bridesmaids dress needed to be hemmed and be done ASAP, as in less the 4 days. I spoke with Luidmila (owner) over the phone and even tho she didn't have the best customer service she made up for it in person she was sweet, very honest and professional. She was able to get my dress hemmed a day earlier than expected. Although the place did have a bit of a cigarette odor it definitely was not a deal breaker. Trust I will be coming back again for any future alterations 👌🏾
Straight to the point, great work and efficient. I also appreciated when she told me when's something wasn't worth doing, which meant lost business to her. Will be coming back soon.
Absolutely amazing service! I brought in a pair of pants for alterations and they came out perfect. The tailor was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. The work was done quickly and with great quality. I’m beyond satisfied and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend! 5 stars without a doubt!
