She’s done incredible work on multiple full suits for me — the fit is always precise, and you can tell she takes real pride in getting every detail right. She’s also tailored several of my wife’s dresses, and every single piece has come out beautifully.

I’ve been going to Liudmila at Phoenix Alterations since 2009, back when I lived much closer to her shop. Even now, living about 25 minutes away, I still make the drive anytime I need alterations done because she’s earned my trust over the years.
She’s helped me with everything from hemming pants and repairing blown-out zippers to fixing popped seams and other random clothing issues. Her turnaround time has always been very reasonable, and more than once she’s texted me early to let me know my items were finished sooner than expected.

Loudmilla is fabulous and does a great job hemming my pants. She is has a kind demeanor and is honest when asked her professional opinion, which I respect. Her prices are fair and I do not mind paying cash only. She has always treated me very well and I trust her judgment. I definitely recommend.
