At first my mom was unsure of what to expect, never having home care services before. But after talking with Cheyenne and working with her on mom’s list of needs, she quickly lined us up with someone that she thought would be a great match. Today we had a lady by the name of Lydia over, who talked with my mom and myself, and quickly got to work. To say my mom was impressed is an understatement, and she was very happy with the organization and cleaning Lydia provided in such a short time. I feel good about leaving my mom in good hands with Phoenician home care, and would highly recommend them to anyone!
I could not be more pleased and appreciative of the care provided by Phoenician Home Company. They are taking great care of my mom and of all the rest of us in the family involved with my mom's situation. Tamara and the Admin team stay in communication and quite genuinely offer to help 'any time' for 'any reason'.I was very impressed that the owner of the company met with us in person and even wore a coat and tie, and called my dad, 'Sir' throughout the conversation. The staff at Phoenician Homecare from the top to the caregivers are excellent. The main caregiver Serena was like a family member from the moment she walked through the door. Tamara and the other managers are caring, loving people. They make you comfortable from the very beginning. If you want peace of mind in the home healthcare of a loved one call these people first, you will not regret it!!
