Wonderful and caring staff all around. Very flexible and easy to work with. My husband had a stroke and I’m physically unable to do all that was required for his wellbeing. Phoenician was a godsend!
While there were multiple caregivers assigned to my mother daily, obviously some are better than others. But I would like to mention that the administrators that organize the caregivers are very competent and diligent at responding to any of your requests and updates.
Overall we were satisfied with the service.
