Phoenician HomeCare has been amazing during a very difficult time. Their team worked with us to get care set up for our parents within 48 hours. They have been flexible and super responsive. Their Care Coordinators have been very receptive to feedback and are always checking in to make sure everything is ok. Phoenician homecare is just that ..."Home Care" the team is excellent from top to bottom. Very are proactive with schedules, reliable and communicative. The caregivers have been screened and they chose the best ones for your needs. The carepersons help with the needed Therapy teams that we bring in. Most important is the management team is always available 24x7 if flexibility is needed. Ownership ( Kurt) and exec team ( Tyler , Tammy) are hands on and check in regularly. Glad we made the right decision with Phoenician. You can not go wrong as you search for care for your family...regards...Gary
