Every payroll is incorrect! It takes forever to get it corrected. By the time it’s corrected it becomes a rush job so they charge you for the rush job. It is agonizing to get this charge reversed. Sometimes they promise you to correct the payroll but they don’t, so my employees have to wait to the following payroll to make up the difference but the following payroll has its own set of mistakes. All communications are online and good luck reaching a human to talk to but when I do, that person apologizes and blames everything on the computer. Please believe the reviews. This company is so bad. They are poor at communicating, they charge you fees and give no breakdown or reason why. They change the person dealing with your account frequently.
