From our first phone call for an estimate to the completed project, William was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He completed the repairs to our shingled roof and resurfaced the flat roofs without any issues. His crew were consciousness and took care to protect ours and the neighboring properties. They also cleaned up perfectly. Patterson will be our go to roofing contractor from now on and we highly recommend them.
I have never had to get a roof replaced before so I don’t have a lot of experience. However I had a couple people come out and really did not care for their approach. When I met William he spent the time to answer my questions, gave me information I didn’t know I needed, and told me the expectations of the material and the process. The guys cleaned up every day after working which was a very nice touch. Would highly recommend.
