Had a leaky toilet on a Sunday. I know there is some luck involved but Mike was here within about 40 minutes. The toilet got replaced. You would never know Mike was here (except for the new non-leaky toilet). Cleaned up the area. Kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

Great install in November 2024, then started the unit and heard an unusual noise. They came out the same day to check it out- all under warranty. I have had excellent & speedy customer service. Problem solved and the technician, Xavier R knows his stuff.
