Doctors are fine but I my son was scheduled to see a specialist in the same medical facility, after 3 weeks in the same day of the appt. they called to say that because he was a minor the specialist was not allowed to see him. I think they should be more careful

Our family and friends have depended on Paradise Valley Family Medicine since we moved to the Valley decades ago. Does anyone remember a family doctor making a "housecall" when you were a kid? I do and I remember the doctor's compassion, knowledge and ability to refer to specialists in a way that didn't make you have nightmares as a kid. This practice is truly the best best of that old fashioned caring Doc and the latest and greatest of emerging technologies and medical practices. Dr Katz has been our family practitioner for 20 + years. He has treated my parents, my kids and myself. He has walked through life with our family through all that it encompasses and has gone above and beyond for us.Family Practice is a specialty that is underrated. A Family practice doctor is not only dealing with the physiology and anatomy of one person, but must take into consideration the dynamics of the family organism. And how it impacts each individual.
