Dr Katz is the best doctor I have seen in years. He irrigated my ear and removed a ball of wax that I had asked other doctors about, and was basically ignored. Not only has my hearing improved, I no longer have that “swishing” sound in that ear. He listens, takes his time, and actually helps. I so appreciate him! A+
