I have overall been satisfied with the service of the Orkin Pest Control in my house and my Commercial account. My challenge remains with the accounting department of the company as they increase prices without any notifications or direct input from customers. Thank you.

I needed help with a termite problem because my apartment complex is dragging their feet, the owner doesn't care, and I want to get this problem resolved!!! I called Orkin to see if they could assist me. I spoke with Michael Martinez who was SUPER DUPER helpful!!! He, first, calmed my nerves about several concerns I had. Then, he walked me through a couple of things I could do to possibly help me get this problem resolved dealing this uncaring property owner. Michael spent time on the phone with me and he wasn't even getting any business from me!!! He even offered for me to call them back if I needed any additional help. He was AMAZING!!! Great personal well spoken exterminators . Even tho had a small issue with my first exterminator but my every month exterminator made up for it . . They really explain what they are doing and how it will work .
