Optum Primary Care - Black Canyon offers terrific health services, according to reviewers. The providers take the time to understand patients and give excellent medical advice. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and efficient, making it easy to schedule appointments, both in-person and online. The office is clean and wait times are short. Patients appreciate the personalized care they receive from the providers, such as Rachel Kimes, who listens, gives great advice, and tells patients what they need to do. While some reviewers have had negative experiences with individual staff members, overall, they feel respected and well-cared for at this clinic.
Dr.Scott without a doubt is one of the most professional and passionate doctors when it comes to taking care of his patients, he has been taking care of me for a long time, I will drive hrs to go see him if I needed to, also Dr. Tiffany is another one of the best doctors here she will go above and beyond for patients as well and lastly Nicole nurse assistant is awesome, grateful to be they’re patient. 100000% recommend
The best thing about this office is Dr. Jason Turner, but he is leaving. I will not be going to this office again. I will find out where Dr. Turner is and go to his office. The Steingard office had the best doctors and PAs. Since Optum took over everything has changed and not for the best.
February 27, 2004I just saw and heard an awful lady walk in and be so rude to the girl in the front desk. The girl tried to explain to her and this woman wouldn't even let her talk.Had to do with some lab work, sometimes things don't work out the way we want but we can't go through life acting so immature.I love coming to this place for as long as I can remember and I've always been treated with respect.
