I was struggling to get an MRI approved between my doctor and insurance so I did self-pay and came here. They were super kind and a great staff to work with - very timely, communicative, and competent. Would highly recommend!
Check in was a breeze and the lobby is absolutely comfortable with a large couch and a few chairs. The front office ladies were super nice and greeted me with a happy smile. I was a bit early and the technician Mark got me in pretty quick! He was very comforting and made you feel welcome and safe. Mark was also very funny and had great bedside manner.
The mri shape is a hamburger.
I lay on the bed and Mark made sure I had plenty to keep me comfortable such as pillows, cushions and even place to rest my arm! My loved one has schizophrenia and a TBI. This is the only place he will come due to being paranoid. I cannot say enough good things about Carlos the technician that really works with my son to take his fears away. Thank you Carlos for all your care and patience.
