Michael did a fantastic job when he came to help. We had to have a sink basket replaced and when he saw that our home warranty coverage was denied, he went as far as to talk to our warranty company to justify coverage. He really was an overall nice, professional person who clearly just wanted to best. He even provided a few tips to help us with the plumbing heath. He did a great job and we are very happy that he was able to help. Please give this guy a raise.
Now rebranding to Way Cool. Arrived on time. Completed work when expected. Explained findings with photos. This service appointment went smoothly and for a reasonable cost. I will use them and I have no hesitations recommending Way Cool to my neighbors.
