I have been blessed to work as a CNA for Nightingale Homecare. The adminastrative staff, along with my direct supervisor and scheduler have been available to me and for me at all times. My mother with severe dementia required constant monitoring at her memory care facility due to frequent falls. Nightingale was very professional and arranged a couple of caregivers for 10 hours per day several days a week. It turned out that we only needed the help for a couple of weeks, but we are very grateful for the excellent service we received from Nightingale to keep her safe in her time of greatest need.
I am a recent "graduate" of Nightingale's home care services. I had an extremely complicated situation for the nurses that took anywhere from 1-2.5 hours per visit 3 times per week for 12 weeks. Overall, the level of care was outstanding. Amber was my primary nurse and did a truly stellar job mastering my care. She was consistently EXACTLY on time for about 30 visits and was very communicative. Abe and Linda also assisted and were both truly caring nurses and wonderful human beings. I was extremely impressed with their level of care and would not hesitate to use Nightingale Homecare again.
