UPDATE!!!!! I did finally get someone in the office. Paula was very helpful and understanding about my situation. She had the invoices to me within an hour of my call. She was very helpful and quick. Thank you for helping me out! This is on the front office, not the service I received from the service tech, Anthony. He was awesome and very helpful. I had warranty work done twice on my brand new water heater. I didn't receive a detailed invoice for each visit. Life happened and was unable to get them. when things settled down, I attempted to get those invoices. I called, texted and emailed several times, no response.... NOTHING. I would like to file those warranty work claims. As I said, Anthony was great and was very helpful. It's the office I have the issue with.
