New residents have reported a smooth and efficient move-in process, highlighting the helpfulness of the office staff, especially Mikey and Alondra, who have been noted for their kindness and support. The community is described as clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The move in process was very easy! I had the pleasure of working with a bit of everyone but primarily Mikey was who arranged all my paperwork and he was very efficient. He went the extra mile to make sure we were good to go and the community itself is very clean, quiet, and comfortable! I don’t say this often but this leasing office is about as 5 star as it get in the west valley!!
This place is a disaster, don't live here.
Edit: since I made this review they made a lot of changes that have positively impacted the complex. New parking restrictions, for one. No more cruising around the lot for 45 minutes to find a spot. Much fewer cockroaches.
In the end, though, I ended up moving after my first lease was up. The new management is doing an alright job but the initial experience we had was just too negative.
Great neighborhood to have choose, great neighbors and polite and pet friendly even provide a dog park that is maintain clean all year long and most important customer service front office is great service friendly and helpful.
