Ayurveda and Lorilee changes my life. If you are experienced or a novice to the teachings and experiences - you will not be sorry you tried. Lorilee is a professional, knowledgeable and wonderful practitioner to help guide you with years of experience. She's amazing. She even holds workshops outside of the apothecary if you want to learn more! Awesome addition to the community.
I was feeling tense and a little out of balance, and made an appointment for Abhyanga at Moksha Ayurveda and am so glad I did. Not only was my body less tense at the end of the session, I also felt balanced and peaceful and ready to take on the world again. Lorilee is amazing. She used special heated oils specifically for my constitutional type, had just the right amount of pressure, and left me feeling not just refreshed but blissful. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back.
