Corliss and LaShawna at Mizar lending did an amazing job with securing lending. They we're able to help with getting a great rate, explain the ins and outs of rate buy-down and covering all requirements to get the loan. They were actually a back-up lender but when the 1st lender could not do it, they were the lender to get it done and save the day.
