I've only been twice, so this rating may improve to 5 stars over the next few appointments. I am letting my hair grow out, from a fairly tight "business type" cut, and Kierlan is guiding the process. So far, it is trimming and shaping, and lessons on styling, as the hair is growing out. I am uncertain if I'm going to keep letting it grow, and will decide after my next appointment. So far, however, I am very pleased with Kierlan's guidance. The shop is busy, clean, professional and friendly. Parking can be a challenge, with lots of shops nearby.

Went to great clips and they messed up my hair and I came here, shout out to the lady who fixed up my hair and made it look better will be coming here from now and they are really nice and welcoming people !

I had a consultation with Miranda to explain what I wanted to tweak my existing color. Miranda really listened and came up with a plan. I felt confident in her and made my appointment. Today Miranda executed her plan and I have exactly the hair color that I dreamed of and hoped that I properly described to her. Miranda was meticulous in each step of the process. The end result is perfect. I love it. I’ve found my new stylist.
