I am a former oncology nurse/an RN for 47. I am always watching the delivery of care…I can tell you after approximately 2 months of care of my husband, I rate them at 100%….the very very best. We have known that we hit the jackpot from day one.
I'm 75. I suppose that it's unsurprising that I've been in severa hospitals here in the Scottsdale, AZ area. I would rank Mayo's Scottsdale & Phoenix campuses as the best; best facilities, best staff, best care. This places a big demand for their services resulting in long waits for referrals and closed care in some categories; personal doctors for example.
I am under treatment for a fairly complicated brain issue. Mayo is one of the few places that has the skills and tech to help. Thankful for that.
Great care from the Mayo Clinic. This building's entry and parking is scheduled to be redesigned and I agree. Having a physical disability, and though I can sometimes find a parking spot, it is difficult to get to the front door. Once inside, it is a walk to the elevators. These buildings should be designed with consideration for those having issues ambulating. If you consider the clientele, this makes up a large percentage. There should be a phone number posted for those requesting wheelchair assistance.
