WARNING: FRAUDULENT BUSINESS I wish we had read reviews prior to purchasing a package online - we had the same issue as many have outlined here. We paid, but were never contacted. We tried calling during business hours from multiple phones, left multiple messages, and never received a call back. We finally got a hold of the owner via text, but couldn't get the massage scheduled. After several days, we requested a refund. He said it would take a few days. If I could leave a 1 I would. Purchased a Groupon, made an appointment. They immediately charge $20. It's a fraud. We bought a couples massage but then were told they don't do that and we'd have to go to a different address. This raised some red flags and we read reviews horrified. Contacted Groupon and canceled the massage. The unprofessional responses matched the reviews here. Pictures will be attached. This is scary stuff. Groupon, BBB, and the bank have been notified. Total and complete scam.
