However, recent changes in the leadership have led to some concerns about maintaining the quality of care experienced by loyal customers.
I’ve been a member for years, but first time at this location. Friendly staff, helpful and professional. Setting is different from other locations.
Hunter the Therapist was amazing. I’ve had many therapists over the years and I’m always impressed with the various techniques, but I heard parts adjust and post adjustment the following day. I’m already booked for the next session.
I’ve been a member at this location for around 2.5 years and have been happy. There is a bit of turnover which is disappointing to find a new therapist. Today I saw Mo, who is a new therapist. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. He really listened to my likes and kept the pressure consistent. It was the best 90 minutes of my week and I’ll definitely book him again.
