I went to get a gift card for my daughter's birthday. The young lady helping me was amazing. She looked up the ME in the town where my daughter lives so I could compare $$. She also helped me pick out other things to send her. AWESOME EXPERIENCE ??

Online scheduling is the worst, please call. My first appointment was canceled 2 hours before my appointment which I took off work for. However I was able to reschedule my appt a week later for a longer time. I’m not sure how they do there timing but I booked 90 minutes but only got about 80 mins and they forgot to include my hot stones when I scheduled.The ladies at the front were very helpful and kind (sorry I didn’t get there names) and my masseuse Andy was great. He often checked in to see how the pressure was, did hot towels and asked if I was comfortable. I recommend and will return.

I have been going to this location for over a year now and Rouba is the only reason I’m willing to drive over 25 mins to go to the Laveen location. I have tried to go to other locations before when Rouba is booked out but I always return to her. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing and there is a reason you have to book a few weeks in advance with her. She is so attentive and always so caring and wonderful with her clients. My regular monthly appointments with her are the highlight of my month and it helps so much with the strain on my shoulders and back.
