Some of these reviews about the membership are really shocking. I have had nothing but great experiences and excellent customer service from this location! The front desk is always so attentive to my needs and I have never had a bad massage OR facial here! The membership is extremely flexible and as long as you are going in at least once every 3 months or so it is WELL worth the money. I went through some medical stuff back in November and they worked with me through the whole thing! The manager was so kind and even followed up to check on me. Highly recommend this location and the membership.
