Hired this company for a move-out cleaning. The representative who scheduled the 2:30pm job calls to inform us that their assigned cleaner is running late- says they should arrive no more than half and hour. The cleaner assigned to my home was over 2 hours late, not a half an hour. It’s quarter to 5pm and the young lady apologizes and seemed ready to start the job only to find out an hour in and not much cleaning done- she informs me she needs to leave to pick up her partner to help with the job, apparently. She leaves and doesn’t arrive until after 6pm with no partner. Two hours later the downstairs is no where near finished and she still needs to do the upstairs... read full review

They were on time. They were here for about 8 hrs, as one was in training. It was the worst job I ever had. I found dust so many places that should have been cleaned! I would not hire them again . It was not cheap.Services: Standard cleaning
