Hired this company for a move-out cleaning. The representative who scheduled the 2:30pm job calls to inform us that their assigned cleaner is running late- says they should arrive no more than half and hour. The cleaner assigned to my home was over 2 hours late, not a half an hour. It’s quarter to 5pm and the young lady apologizes and seemed ready to start the job only to find out an hour in and not much cleaning done- she informs me she needs to leave to pick up her partner to help with the job, apparently. They were on time. They were here for about 8 hrs, as one was in training. It was the worst job I ever had. I found dust so many places that should have been cleaned! I would not hire them again . It was not cheap.Services: Standard cleaning

So the one time I do not check Yelp I have a horrible experience!!! Lesson learned for sure. I made an easy booking online for a deep clean with an arrival time between 2pm-3pm. No show no call. The company claims they will process my refund within two days but were definitely a little difficult on the phone. It's bad enough the cleaners didn't even show up and it's even worse they tried to refuse my refund (if it even happens!).
