I had been in talks of getting my cars tinted at Magna for a couple of months and everyone I talked to from the Magna team was super patient and understanding. The owner, Moses, was friendly and quick to reply to my initial inquiry. Trevon was my main point of contact afterwards and he did a phenomenal job, always making sure my questions were answered and doing so in a timely manner. Was referred to Magna from a local dealership that used their tinting services for their personal vehicles. From start to finish I had a pleasant and professional experience. Communication via their online questionnaire was prompt and detailed. I really didn’t know much about the tinting process and they walked me through it and let me sit in vehicles with each type of tint. Trey, was well spoken, professional and patient. Picked up my vehicle at the end of the day and had an opportunity to see the ac controlled environment that they work in. Spotless, and comfortable. I got my windows tinted and my experience was excellent. They have great customer service and Harold was wonderful. He helped me with all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The tint has cooled off my car exponentially and looks fabulous. Thanks to Harold and Trevon! I highly recommend.
