I took a 7 year old Macbook Pro in to Mac Service Experts. I was nervous because I had a lot going on at the time my computer failed. On an appointment basis, I met with Brian. Within perhaps 10 minutes he diagnosed the first issue (swollen, failing batteries). Within another 20-25 minutes he discovered I also had a failing, intermittent logic board. He gave an estimate which was acceptable. The next day, I came to pick up my fully repaired Mac, and was so impressed that Brian gave a significant amount of additional time to teach better, more improved ways of using my Mac, and integrating it much more efficiently with my iPhone. Thank you Brian and staff.

This guy may know computers, but his customer-relations skills leave much to be desired. When I spoke with this person, I asked a number of questions and made some off the cuff comments, none of which was rude or personal to him but that apparently were not to his precise tastes. Unable to deal with my random comments, he refused to serve me and kicked me out (!!!) (LOL!). Thank goodness he did, because I then found "MacMasters" in Scottsdale and received excellent service from competent and *patient* technicians. Bryan is an awesome. He may not be polite but he can fix anything when its possible to fix it. I have used his services since 1996 and he never let me down.
