The roof inspection by Matthew Hazelwood, Senior Project Specialist, was on time, friendly, engaging, thorough, and professional. He described the work needed to replace my old shingles and presented several choices available at different price points. He is a very nice representative of his company.
Lyons came to our rescue 25 years ago, and between waves of heavy rains this year, they inspected and found the culprit leaks. No pressure, Dylon offered to repair the bad sections, but noted the underlayment was near its end of life, and would likely need to be replaced in a few years. We went with the full underlayment replacement, they matched the existing tiles and were able to reuse most of them. It’s a big roof, but they got the whole job done in 8 days. Great technicians and our project manager (Johnny) was there every step of the way to make sure it all went as planned! Highly recommended!
