I've had my hair done here twice and both times the service was good (first time a balayage + haircut, second time a toner + haircut). I liked how my hair turned out both times. The manager Katie also did a great job of making sure I was happy and taken care of following my appointment and I think she really took the extra step, which is primarily what made me feel to write a review.
