I got microblading done in 2021. She cut me so deep I now have a tattoo. I can't change the shape of my brows until I get this removed.

UNRESPONSIVE AN UNETHICAL.I was delayed getting my touch up due to Covid running through my large family. Then I started submitting an appointment request online approx 4 months after my initial appointment. No response. Then, I finally started calling at about 5 months. Finally I got an answer and was told it had been longer than 6 months and I need to pay$100 for my follow up instead when it was part of my original purchase. This was texted to me so I tried to call and text with no response again.

I was actually referred by a family member to this location with lash tech María Castro so I was excited to get my lashes done here. I went on their online booking and booked for an evening app, 30 minutes before my appointment & the lash tech texted me saying she forgot she had a flight to to catch and that she was so sorry etc. you will get a discount on your next booking . I was like whatever it happens so I just waited to be rebooked . I rebooked for another evening my appointment was at 530 on the weekend on my way there I happened to have trouble finding the building but I knew Iwas close my gps stated 2 minutes away.
