I had a great experience with Love Carpet Care. Jonathan was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process and made sure everything was done properly.
Both our carpets and rugs came out looking fresh, clean, and almost new again. Even tough stains were removed, and there was no strong chemical smell afterward. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out.

My carpet was flooded from my toilet overflowing and Jonathon was able to get the work done quickly and efficiently. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling a time to put in the new padding. Highly recommend him as a technician and will be requesting him again if I ever need work done!
