Found out about the dojo via ClassPass. Had no idea what to expect from a “super hero training” class. Holy cow. It was so fun, we did various things up in the air, threw lots of punches, and yelled to pump ourselves up. We did aerial silk things like getting up with one leg, building a hammock, and punching a bag while hanging upside down. We did rings for shoulder mobility and flipping around. We raised ourselves on ropes, hooked around a punching bag and beat it up. Climbing and spinning on poles. There was so much that went on and I don’t want to spoil it all, you need to try it yourself.

I learned how to write a google review specifically to review this business. ? My son is very reserved and particular with everything and I can hardly get him to want to pack up and leave. The kids love it here, the parents are all very welcoming and genuine. No judgement or pressure ever. Sensei Dan is an incredible human who is always searching for new ways to elevate and challenge each client at their own levels. Wonderful find, it feels like a second home.

My 9 year old daughter and I joined Loco Dojo a few years ago. The atmosphere here is truly special. it’s not just a place to train, but a place where families can bond, kids can thrive, and adults can challenge themselves in a safe, fun environment. Everyone is very welcoming and there to have a good time!
