Nick is the best home inspector I have had the pleasure of working with, in both professionalism and quality of the reports. Nick completed over 300 home inspections for Home Partners of America across the metro Atlanta area, and is our preferred home inspector in the state. Nick always gives us a thorough and detailed report that shows his many years of experience.

Nick and his team are great! They do a thorough job inspecting properties so we are confident in what my buyers are buying. He does a great job explaining things to buyers as well. His easy going demeanor is great, especially for first-time buyers!

This is the third time we use Liberty Inspections to inspect our homes before purchase. Nick performed the last two inspections, one of which - thanks to him, we backed out of. He found all the items that would become an expense upon purchase. We valued his opinion and work that when we found another home, we called him back out. He is easy to talk to, understood our family's needs, talked to us about things we can do once we move in and gave us his honest opinion backed by his thorough inspection.
