ONE STAR DUE TO NOT ABLE TO CHOOSE 0! My husband and I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy with Leonard Sominsky as our attorney. what a huge mistake that was! As advised by another one of his clients stay away from this law firm! He talks a great talk while getting your money! Once he has your money he sweeps you aside! For four years in my chapter 13 bankruptcy there little to know communication from his office and none from him! I there was correspondence it came from his assistant Alyssa adv that we were late with items such as payments. We never got any correspondence that our payments were increasing. I converted my chapter 13 bankruptcy to a chapter a chapter 7 after realizing the time and money spent on this bankruptcy was a joke. When converting to a chapter 7 Leonard Somonsky took the extra money ($1000) to convert willing but neglected to give us all the information. He also neglected to file the necessary paperwork with our creditors. We would receive correspondence after the due date stating that this had to be done ASAP as it was past the due date. If you can't afford a different attorney handle the situation yourself! My dog can represent you better than this man. His name is followed by Esq. should be followed by snake or shiester!
