Shout out to Heather for reaching out late last night with my AC issues. Kind and considerate, provided the owners direct number to get us scheduled. He arrived on time (actually ahead of schedule), popped the unit open, took one look and discovered the issue. Let me tell you, it was an honest relief to have an honest "this is the problem" and fixed it within 15 minutes! No upselling, no bs - just this is all you need - a wire to be reattached to the capacitor! He even installed the two new breakers that I was sent to purchase from HD by the previous company only to be told - no, you need a new unit. In the end we all want a company that is honest, fair and will do the right thing. Diamondback is that company - you cannot go wrong with them.
