Jen is one of my favorite human beings. The space itself is so inviting, calming, and loving. When I have a session with Jen, I feel genuinely heard and seen. She has been able to help me with a multitude of issues ranging from emotional to physical. I’ve been able to get my energy flowing and process some trapped emotions. I always leave feeling better usually more relaxed and like I can breathe. Thank you Jen for all you do!

In early 2019, I was involved in a significant multicar accident which left me with a broken L5, slight herniation in my C5-C6 disc, significant pain throughout my back and neck and a swath of digestive and neural issues. For the few years after the accident, I felt my condition was hopeless as I bounced from physician to specialist to therapist; who's intentions were good, but unfortunately, only brought temporary or minimal relief. I began seeing Jennifer about 6 months ago. My naturopath recommended her for further help with my gastrointestinal issues. She has helped me feel so much better. We have since progressed into other areas of my general well being. I always leave my visits feeling better than when I came in. Lower stress, anxiety and improved sleep. I highly recommend you simply trust the process.
