We found out that KMBS overcharged us by tens of thousands of dollars on our copiers, and they've refused to contact us about this or do anything – just crickets.

I had worked with this business for 15 years. The last two copiers I leased from KMBS never did give consistent color. For a year and a half KMBS worked to fix the issue, but never could. I asked to have the copiers replaced four times without a response – again, crickets. I was told by their service department that KMBS does not guarantee color quality on their copiers.

This company is not business friendly. I tried to get service and parts from this company and they refused to do business with us because we did not purchase the machine from them. That's not a good way to get a relationship. Any other vendor is a better choice than this place. It makes sense that this place has almost as many one star reviews as they do 5 stars.
