I had worked with this business for 15 years. I leased my last two copiers from this business and KMBS could not get consistent color from the copiers. For a year and a half they worked to fix this issue but never did. Asked to have the copiers replaced four times without a response . Told by service that KMBS does not guarantee color quality on their copiers. We had to take our business elsewhere. This problem was putting me out of business.

This company is not business friendly. I tried to get service and parts from this company and they refused to do business with us because we did not purchase the machine from them. That's not a good way to get a relationship. Any other vendor is a better choice than this place. It makes sense that this place has almost as many one star reviews as they do 5 stars.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, and if you wait over an hour for them to answer they don't help at all. We have a machine that isn't working and I'll bet they call once the bill isn't paid.
