I had Kingco out to fix my heat pump. It kept losing Freon. My previous AC repair people gave me a song and dance that they didn’t know what was causing my problem. Possibly a coil leak and it would take them a week to figure it out and I would be without my heat pump during that time and possibly I would need a new heat pump. My sister in law recently had a new AC unit put in by Kingco and was really happy with them and suggested I call them. I did and they had no problem finding the coil leak. So grateful that Nick was able to get an install scheduled for us this week. Pedro and his crew were absolutely fantastic and did all the extra things that we didn't even realize we needed. We had hot and cold spots in the house for decades, and after the install Nick, Pedro, and crew were able to come back and do the balancing service. They cleared the ducts of some old insulation, installed dampers, changed out the registers, and now the airflow is amazing. Probably what it should have been all along. They are all very generous with their time and making sure that everything is done right. Couldn't be happier with their services, prices, and quality of work!
Summers in Arizona are always hard and the heat works air conditioners even harder, so when we started to have an issue with ours not cooling properly, we gave KINGCO a call. We've done business with KINGCO in the past and once again, they pulled through with getting a technician, Erick, out the same day. Erick arrived, walked through troubleshooting the system and clearly explained steps moving forward. He had us cooling down in just over an hour. Thanks Erick!
