Worked with Dale on my mother in law’s home. He was prompt, thorough in his walk thru of the home, and super funny! Dale inspected more areas then the state requires (ie every socket and door jam), he explained how the garage door works as it had special features, and he helped us identify the priority items for the seller to fix.
