Kathy is a delight, very knowledgeable, and a quick turn around for my alterations. The only down side was the cost. I don’t know what alterations usually cost as I don’t normally have things altered, but the pricing seemed a bit high. Other than that it was a pleasurable, quick, and professional appointment.
