Cannot say enough about the great service provided by K&K on a pool repair. I called and within 20 minutes they were on site and repair completed fast. Super knowledgeable and friendly - don't hesitate to call K&K if you have pool problems.
Aaron from K & K Pool Services has preformed a few jobs for me over the past 3 years or so. This last Thursday morning I contacted him because my pool pump housing had a crack in it and I needed it repaired ASAP. My weekly pool cleaning service has a guy that quoted me $550. Aaron quoted $350. (all new parts, materials and labor)Long story short, Aaron completed the job by Friday afternoon. Super job. Excellent craftsmanship. Later that evening Aaron contacted me to tell me he had inadvertently over charged me $100. I otherwise never would have caught the error. He immediately transferred back the $100 via Zelle. This is a terrific company. Aaron has always been very responsive and prices reasonable. No pressure for extra services or repairs or replacement. Our pump was leaking and he gave me the options, one of which was a new pump. Since we were considering selling the home I went with the replacement of the casing (used). A few weeks later the pump was not priming and Aaron came out within an hour to show me a 'trick' to get it to prime, which worked, but really the pump had issues that would require me to keep an eye on it.
