I've used this company to install a new unit on a rental property as well as to service three units on my residence. From my first interaction with Melissa at their office, they have proven to be extremely professional, courteous and probably most refreshing, on time. The inspection of our existing units was the most thorough I've ever had.

I will definitely continue to use them. Highly recommended.

This was our third home that we trusted to John Bond for our AC replacement. We received a quote for $9500 for a no name AC unit by our management company. I called John Bond and my price was $6500 for a Trane! Best service, best prices...we keep recommending them and they have never disappointed us.
