Portrait photographer Alissa at the JC Penney studio in Goodyear (Arizona) was wonderful. She patiently organized our group of six into various poses, and made a wonderful experience and photos. She quickly remembered all of our names. She suggested photos and lighting that I didn't think to ask for --and I am very grateful that she did as they are very meaningful to me and my family. I am very grateful for her kindness and skill.

I had to get some professionals pictures taken for LinkedIn and the team at JCPenney Portrait was amazing. I am not a big picture taker but the team made it fun and gave me several poses and options to choose from. Would highly recommend to families and professionals…Mark Mayr

We had a wonderful photographer. Our pictures came out pretty cute. I would say that when we had our picture taken we did not get seen at our appointment time but an hour later. We understood as the employee looked to be understaffed. Hate to this best to work between the two families. So wrong this personality and skill level help compensate for the delay in our photo session. I'd also say that JCPenney portraits are more on the pricey side of portraits with quality similar to anywhere else.
