I had a great experience at Jackson’s Car Wash, especially thanks to Juan. There was an issue with my wash, and Juan stepped in right away to take care of it. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was done right before I left. You can tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his work. I always come to this location because Juan consistently makes sure everything is well taken care of, there is always clean towels available and the are is always kept clean. You can really tell that Juan takes pride in his work and cares about the costumers. I’ve met Norma only a few times but she is always really kind and is welcoming!
