I had a lock rekeyed at a big-box store. When we went to install it the key wouldn't come out! Which meant go overnight with the front door lock with a key in it or stuff a rag in it till I could get back to the store when someone would be there who could actually rekey it...the next day Ugh!!!!
So I called Jeff and he explained what to do over the phone to fix this issue! OMG how great was that, Jeff was so helpful, I will never call a different locksmith ever again and you shouldn't either! THANK YOU JEFF!

Have used Jeff's services a few times. Responsive, professional, and up front. Fixes what can be fixed and suggests replacing what can't. Always takes time to have a good look first before doing anything else. Great value for money. We'll definitely use J&J again.

These guys are top notch. Came early did a great job . Rekeyed my entire house in 30 min. And made me new keys as extras. Also have a great warranty! Even had a little issue they resolved very quickly. Thanks Jeff and team!!
